INTRODUCTION
1. At Alemacoffee LTD, we offer refunds or exchanges on certain
products returned within the established deadlines and in accordance
with the conditions of this policy.

individuals purchasing for personal, non-commercial use.
3. This policy is in addition to your legal rights, which are not affected.
In-Store Purchases (At Our Physical Location) 4. Purchases made at
our physical store are subject to the following return conditions:
4.1. You may return unwanted products within 14 days of purchase for a
refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original condition,
and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4.2. Products must be returned to the same location where they were

4.3. We will inspect products upon receipt. If the product has been used,
has removed tags, or shows signs of handling that reduce its value, we
may refuse the return or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise indicated.
